I'm still a very very happy camper and love living in our large family community here at The Flats At Minor Park. We're nestled off the busy street of Holmes, our complex is very spaceous, quiet and peaceful. When driving through our complex, you wouldn't know children of all ages live in our complex. And dogs!!!🤗🤗 Our wonderful maintenance gentleman Gary(who is very knowledgeable and friendly), he takes very good care of my maintenance issues, in a very timely manner.🤗🤗 I've talked to our new leasing manager Sally and I'm very impressed with her professionalism, excellent customer service skills, her empathy for us(the residents), and her knowledge and management skills.
